The Enternal Library is an area of the Godsrealm on the Astral Plane. It is the home of the god of knowledge, Gizad. Those few mortals who have visited the Eternal Library (and returned) described it as an impossibly tall tower which floated high above the ground on a portion of rock - as though the tower were ripped free from the earth and hung in the sky as an ornament. The tower is ringed by a low-slung wall which separates the grounds from the rocky cone upon which it rests. The grounds surrounding the tower are known as the 'Gardens of Gizad' filled with many a rare and wondrous plant and animal.
Because the library is situated upon a floating chunk of rock, the structure is able to float around the Godsrealm as its master requires.
The Eternal Library is reportedly where all followers of Gizad spend their eternity, free to explore the many levels of the tower.
Known Levels[]
- The Repository of Unwritten Texts: A section of the library containing books or texts which are started but never finished.
- The Archives: Filled with a copy of every finished text ever written by the hand of mortal-kind.
