Pilgrim bread

Pilgrim’s Bread

A hearty, multi-grain bread of oats, wheat and rye sometimes flavored with dried fruit often favored by pilgrims for its ability to fill the stomach and stave off hunger. Pilgrim's bread is always made in the shape of a triangle (Gizad 's Symbol) and is often given out to those who ask at any of his temples.

The concept became so widely known within the human lands that it became a staple of many of the poor communities.  Pilgrim's bread is never sold - it's considered unlucky to ask for anything in return when a wedge-loaf is given to someone.
