The Pale Orc, sometimes known as a 'Grey Orc' due to the ashen color of their skin, come from the Northern Wastes. It was not until after the end of the Age of Silence that the first Pale Orc were spotted by Norvik hunters in the Winter Woods.
More intelligent than Plains Orcs but more savage, they were known to the nomadic tribes of the Norsyr for decades - pouring down from the north through the Northgate Pass. It was not until the tribe of Pale Orc established a village in the Winter Woods did they become a true threat to the Northlanders.
