The Icari are a race of intelligent bird-like creatures that inhabit the floating mountains of the Great Green Sea. They are cousins to the Skarthis.
The Icari dwell in the ruins of their ancient capital, Throth , which is nestled in one of the floating mountains of the Great Green Sea.
The principle difference between teh Icari and the Skarthis is that Icari still possess the ability to fly with their wings where as the Skarthis do not.
