Drugan of Thornhaven is Marinda 's brother, younger than she is by barely less than a year. He works in his father's apprentice in Hubert 's shop, but would prefer to make musical instruments instead of furniture. He learned his love of music from his mother Roranna , who is skilled at the harp.
He is very much his sister's accomplice as she and Faran sneak behind their father's back.
Drugan likes to go to the temple of Gorm whenever he can on Soulday to pray or leave a small offering. He also sometimes secretly visits the shrine to Alure , in hopes she might help him find the means to use his woodworking skills to make harps and lutes instead of bedposts and chairs.
