General Discussion
When a Character doesn't have a patron deity - he's sort of left out of important things like Divine magic. No god, and therefore no cleric, would touch him until he believes in them. Why would they offer their power to heal if they're getting nothing (his soul) out of the bargain?
This is not to say that there aren't people who have given up on the gods but it does mean that the only 'magical' healing he could get would be from a Druid or a Witch.

We have one half-elf Bloodline, the Silverhair Bloodline, which are actually a union between the Solonari elves and the Humans.
Perhaps this guy is Half-Malanari (half sunless elf)?
Characters should have a /Stats page as well as a /Gear page and should they have the ability a /Magic page to help flesh out their concept.
/Stats is where you would list all of the basic stats as seen on the character sheet. Abilities, Skills, Etc.
/Gear is where you list/show your normal gear (bags, satchels, items, etc. ) as well as any armor, weapons, etc.
/Magic is where you would list spellbooks, spells, magic items, etc.
Was his elven parent realy a Sylvanari or was it actually a Malanari ; one of the Sunless Elves. The spider tattoo / Birthmark would suggest that he's destined to follow Maltharius - lord of Shadows and Secrets.
Are Kobolds actually draconic in origin? Or is it the same idea that Crocs and Dinosaurs are similar?
If so - then that would explain why they have sorcerers.
Are Kobolds the 'Mountain Version' of goblins?
It looks like they would compete for resources.
Goblin = Chaotic Evil. Kobold = Lawful Evil?
Are all dwarves frightened of open water like lakes, rivers, seas and oceans or is it a personal issue?
